Absolutely! Relax. We will take care of your books. We make sure everything is perfect. Having clean accounting records clean is essential for you to make wise business decisions, and maintain your tax liabilities.
We are committed to using the best software to meet each client's unique needs. As Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisors, QuickBooks Online is our primary recommended platform in most cases. Depending on client needs and industry, we may also recommend alternatives like Hurdlr, Sage, or other specialized tools. You always retain ownership and control of your financial records while we work within them.
While we don't prepare income taxes, we partner with CPAs and tax preparers who do — including professionals who provide proactive tax planning to minimize your liability. We do assist with payroll and sales tax filing and remittance, and we coordinate closely with your tax preparer to ensure smooth, accurate reporting.
We will communicate as often as necessary. At a minimum, we will be in communication once per month, to review performance. But we are always willing to jump on a Call or Zoom conference, to answer questions.
